She is very thorough and keeps you up to date throughout each step. Once that was done, we kept in touch and somehow I brought up a hotel brochure I was working on. She had me send it to her and within an hour, she made me a whole new AMAZING brochure. She had a flight to catch at 6am, she managed to get my reception seat chart done, approved by me, sent to the printers, and ready to ship within a couple of hours. And it doesn't even end there.
